Join us for inspired teaching, innovative classes in therapeutic yoga, and building community in the greater Frederick and Hagerstown area!




Late Fall Session 2018

October 29 – December 23 (8 weeks)
No Classes Thanksgiving Day, Thursday November 22 ( Thursday classes – 7 week session)
No Pilates and Fit Bones & Body classes on November 6 & 8

New Classes! You asked – we listened!
Monday – Gentle Yoga – 7-8:15pm – perfect for releasing stress in your body and creating a calm mind; also great for beginners to yoga
Sunday – Morning Yoga – 10:30-11:45am – a weekend morning class like the one on Saturday – take time for yourself outside the hustle bustle of daily life to become stronger and reset your mind and emotions before the week begins.
Saturday – Tai Chi for Newcomers – 1-2pm – learn the basics of Tai Chi, an ancient internal movement form that increases balance, strength, and self-awareness.

Classes on Vacation
Thursday – Morning Flow – 6:30-7:30am – will return in Spring
Saturday – Prenatal Yoga – 10:30-12pm – will return in January (contact us if you’d like to start class sooner)
