No Classes Labor Day Monday, September 3 (Monday classes – 7 week session)
No Pilates and Fit Bones & Body classes on October 2 & 4

Join us for Tai Chi practice this Fall – Improve your balance, strength and focused awareness! Thursdays 11:30-12:30pm (registered students only, no drop-ins)
