New to Tai Chi? Come explore its ability to create strength and balance in a way that complements yoga, yet is unique.

Join Cain for this FREE introductory class!

MSY is looking to start a Tai Chi for New Beginners class in November. Since Tai Chi practice is progressive in nature, the current class is only for ongoing students; new students need to join a special newcomers class just for you!

Tai-Chi (taiji) is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. Tai-Chi stresses relaxation, breathing and non-impact body posture and movement. Suitable for all ages, Tai-Chi is now being practiced worldwide and has been recognized by western science as a very effective exercise to treat a wide range of issues affecting people in the modern age.

Cain Yentzer is an expert in the science and practice of Tai-Chi. Educated in Washington D.C. at the Great River Taoist Center and in the Republic of China at The National Tai-Chi Ch’uan Association, he has since gone on to teach in both the Far-East and West. His greatest pleasure is helping others in finding true healing and inner peace.
