A five-week session to bridge into May

Registration opens on Tuesday, March 23rd at 8 am.

Spring is officially here! It’s time to shake off winter doldrums and energize yourself for Spring!

NEW Offering: Bone Health & Balance on Fridays at 11:00AM

In-Studio and on Zoom!

Join Mary to set a firm foundation, hug to your midline and bring strength all the way up your body! She’ll use tools from yoga, Pilates, and other strength programs to improve your bone health and create better balance. Floor class with chair options. Suitable for everyone with bones!

Class Changes – slimming and trimming for Spring

Wednesday 6:15PM Moderate Yoga – now ONLY in-studio, with Mary (Zoom never did work well on Wednesday nights…)

Thursday 5:30PM Strength & Balance – Cancelled – Join us on Fridays instead for Bone Health & Balance

April Session Passes

5 week session = new passes

April Five Class Pass = $80
April Five Senior Class Pass = $50
April Unlimited Class Pass = $150 (quite a deal for multiple classes/week)
April Unlimited Senior Class Pass = $90 (like getting a free class if you come twice a week)
