Gentle/Moderate Yoga – Tuesday 9:30AM

now taught by Audra Monk – in studio and on Zoom

Join us on Tuesday mornings to gently stretch and awaken your body, build strength, and ease mental stress. Class is taught at the gentle/moderate level – something for everyone!

Chair Pilates – Friday 9:30AM

taught by Mary Barton

Deepen your core strength though Pilates movement exercises adapted for use with a chair. Maintaining a strong core is essential for moving with confidence and ease and to ensure steady balance.
