PERU – Land of Dramatic Contrasts

Rugged mountains thrusting ever upwards towards the piercingly blue sky, creating deep crevices of shadows and mystery; ancient Quechuan ways of the indigenous high Andean communities co-existing with increasingly modern influences; and the Sacred Valley that boasts Machu Picchu and numerous other Incan archaeological sites and treasures that host millions of tourists annually, which will inevitably degrade the very sites they flock to experience.

But, I’m here to visit my brother and explore the now familiar sites in the Sacred Valley and beyond, including the local yoga scene.
