Used the concepts of quantity (how much work load is placed on the muscles to activate bone growth) and quality (proper alignment for each student). Harness the power of breathing techniques to sustain yoga poses long enough to initiate bone growth. All poses are adaptable for each individuals needs; however, this class is not suitable for students with acute conditions or acute pain.
