Starting on July 6, 2020, we are offering In-Studio classes at MSY and Park Pop-Up classes at local Middletown parks. Register today as spots are limited!

August Session (August 3-30, 2020)

We are back with In-Studio classes at MSY and Park Pop-Up classes in Middletown!

Students must follow new guidelines available on our Policies and Guidelines page for both offerings.

Park Pop-Up classes allow you to be outside in the fresh air and sunshine, communing with nature while you practice and enjoy your yoga friends at an expansive distance.

In-Studio classes offer you the quiet and peace that we have created together over 14 years, plus the opportunity to be in communal relationship with other yoga students – at a safe and respectful distance.

New! Circle of Friends classes offer you personalized yoga on your schedule with your people. Join one of our teachers by yourself or in groups of 2-4 people you know (your bubble) and choose a focus for your classes such as stress relief, strength and balance, specific poses, or simply enjoy an overall yoga practice.
