December Yoga – November 30-December 19 (3 weeks)

ALL Classes are 60 minutes.

Join us at the studio, online for Zoom classes, or with weekly video offerings for our three-week December session!

NEW for December – Strength & Balance is back on Thursdays!

Thursdays, 5:30-6:30PM

Been sitting around too much these past months? Join Mary to regain your strength, align your body, and create greater balance. Limited spots are available at the studio or you can practice in the comfort of your home on Zoom.

Two Hybrid Classes – simultaneously in-studio and on Zoom

We now offer 2 classes in the hybrid format (simultaneously in-studio and on Zoom):

Wednesday 6:15PM Moderate

and

Thursday 5:30PM Strength & Balance

For each class there are now 2 separate lines for registration – one for each format. Please be sure to click the correct button to be registered for the format you prefer.
