Arthritis is the leading cause of disability in the US, with more than 50 million adults and 300,000 children diagnosed with some type of arthritis.

Arthritis is the swelling and tenderness of one or more of your joints. The main symptoms are joint pain and stiffness, which typically worsen with age. These symptoms vary in intensity and frequency, but can lead to chronic pain, reduced ability to perform daily activities, and difficulty with movement. Learn how yoga can help you reduce pain and improve ease of movement.
