Chair Pilates – Fridays 9:30AM

Build strength and resilience to move with confidence and ease in this Pilates class modified for use with a chair!
Pilates is a fitness program which builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body by putting emphasis on alignment, core strength, coordination and balance. Using a chair allows Pilates to be more accessible for all levels of capability. Each class uses a variety of different props to enhance the effects and support you to be in optimal alignment.

Ready to come back to the studio for a gentle/moderate class on Tuesday mornings? Rather stay at home and practice on Zoom? No worries – we have you covered!
Join us for a gentle yoga class with moderate offerings on Tuesday mornings, completing our morning line-up in the studio. Come for a 2nd gentle class of the week or as a moderate class to complement Monday and Wednesday classes.

Want to purchase just one class at a time AND have the flexibility to cancel or change that reservation as you wish? Purchase our NEW Single Class Pass!
Up until now, single classes were purchased as a “ticket” in the Punchpass system. It was easy and quick, but had a few limitations — namely, not being able to cancel or change your reservation yourself. With the NEW Single Class Passes you can easily do all of that. When you choose your class, Punchpass will prompt you to purchase a pass first, then allow you to make your reservation. Easy-peasy!
