Autumn ushers in the winds of change, inviting us to catch an idea and see where it goes, or follow a new path into the unknown. These past months have challenged us to envision new ways to offer what you need most in your yoga practice, to keep it fresh and alive. While some people are comfortable out in the world, others remain snug at home – but we are all craving connection. We heard you and are grabbing some of that autumn energy to see where it leads us.
So, this month we are adding a class for those ready to come into the studio and also one on Zoom for those at home who want to connect with their yoga buddies. Classes continue at the park until it’s really just too cold, but at a new time; and Circle of Friends remains a great way to practice in-studio with your own group of friends and family. In addition, our special video series for navigating the challenge of working and educating from home is almost ready to launch. Change abounds!

Active Senior Yoga – Mondays 1:30-2:30PM at MSY – taught by Carla
Join Carla to rebuild strength and release tension in this gentle/moderate level yoga class perfect for active Seniors (must be able to get up and down from the floor comfortably).

Note: You will receive instructions about how to join Zoom classes when you register. You must register by Monday night at 8PM in order to receive the link for class on Tuesday morning.
