This weekend marks both the Hunter’s Blue Full Moon and the change to Daylight Savings Time – affecting our internal rhythms and relationship to external forces. During the full moon emotions and dreams are magnified, reflecting the fullness of the moon’s light. The full moon is a powerful time to practice gratitude for all that you have manifested in your life and to release what no longer supports your highest vision of yourself. – a perfect practice for Fall as well.
The change to Daylight Savings Time disrupts our circadian rhythms, affecting the nocturnal cycle of sleep and waking. A time of transition, it offers an opportunity to take greater care of our need for rest and renewal to reset our nervous system and regenerate our body.
So, take good care of yourself this weekend and realize the fullness of your dreams – both waking and sleeping – and perhaps bathe in the light of the Hunter’s Blue Moon on Halloween!
See you in the moonlight,
Carla-
