Thanks to all the MSY students and spouses who volunteered last Saturday at the Habitat project on Jefferson Street in Middletown! You sorted the lumber, built the deck, framed a bathroom wall, and prepared the inside of the house for drywall installation. What great teamwork!
Through your efforts you helped bring the dream house of a family closer to reality and helped welcome them to our community. In yoga practice, this is Seva, or selfless service to others. It is seen as one of the highest forms of yoga practice.
