It has finally arrived! We stand on the threshold of returning to an aspect of life fondly remembered and sorely missed by many – practicing yoga at the studio!
Beginning Monday, July 6th, MSY will offer three different ways to take yoga:
- At the Park
- Online Videos
- In-Studio Classes
All three ways share some commonalities:
- 60 minute practices
- yoga to strengthen and stretch your body and mind
- pathways into yourself
They also have unique qualities:
Park classes allow you to be outside in the fresh air and sunshine, communing with nature while you practice and enjoy your yoga friends at an expansive distance.
Videos invite you to take care of yourself at home, establishing a regular practice that you can do anytime you choose, as many times as you would like. You can also try new things in the comfort of your home (like falling over in a balance pose 🙂
In-studio classes offer you the quiet and peace that we have created together over 14 years, plus the opportunity to be in communal relationship with other yoga students – at a safe and respectful distance.
It is completely up to you how you choose to practice! We are here to serve your needs.
