Yoga Basics 2 – Four Thursdays: March 5, 12, 19, & 26, 2020
Join Jessica to learn more basic yoga postures and how to empower them with your breath. More yoga philosophy will be introduced as well as how to practice yoga in your daily life. All are welcome – you don’t need experience in yoga or to have taken Yoga Basics this winter. Drop-ins are welcome for $15!
