Fall is often a time of new beginnings – a second chance in the year to recommit time and energy to ourselves and our daily routines after the adventures of summer. To help you include a regular yoga and wellness practice into your life, MSY has made some changes for the Fall Session.
Autumn of Wellness – Yoga for Vibrant Health & Wellness!
This fall, MSY is offering workshops and special class series to help yoga students and those new to yoga to release stress and chronic pain from their lives. We’ll address everyday ailments such as back pain, arthritis, osteoporosis, and scoliosis.
The Free Community Wellness Event on September 8 kicks off our Autumn Health & Wellness Series on Living Pain-Free! at MSY.
The first workshop in the Autumn Health & Wellness Series will also be held in September:
