Summer Morning Yoga – just for you!

Tuesday and Friday mornings at 8:00 AM

Calling all early morning risers!

Join us for a yoga practice to energize your body while you stretch and strengthen to prepare for your day. Taught at the Gentle/Moderate level by a rotation of all the MSY teachers.

These classes are a great second class of the week or your main practice when other classes are full. Come to class a little earlier and have the rest of your day for yourself!

Reminder: MSY is CLOSED Memorial Day Monday – enjoy the day with family & friends!

June Yoga Session UPDATE

Now 10 places in every in-studio class!

Wow! June registration got off to a great start last week!

Thank you so much for your enthusiastic participation in claiming your place in your favorite classes! Even though we had opened a 9th spot for registration for June, many classes are already full. So, we are pleased to announce that we created a 10th spot in Garden Studio while still retaining social distance! This should allow everyone to have a dedicated place in classes.

We want you in class (not on a waitlist)!

If you were on a waitlist for a June class, check your account because you were probably moved into the class when the size increased to 10 people.

In general, if you are on a waitlist, Punchpass will notify you that a space has opened. That notice is sent out to ALL students on the waitlist at the same time and the place is given to the first student who claims the spot. That allows us to fill classes more quickly.
