Ah… summertime! Time to unwind and enjoy your favorite outdoor activity – off to the beach or mountains, hanging out at the neighborhood pool, reading a good book just because you can, and gardening – my favorite!
It’s also a great time to include yoga classes and home practice into your weekly routine to feel your absolute best and keep your whole self strong and supple. Many new students joined the studio for classes in the Late Spring Session – a trend we hope to continue and build upon. Be sure to say hello to folks who are new in your class and encourage them to keep coming back – that’s how yoga practice works best!
