Mountain Spirit Yoga opened its doors last week after 4 months of being closed! It was such a delight to see students come back through those doors and take their places for practice. Although socially distanced, that intervening space couldn’t dim the light of connection between us as we shared experiences of the past months apart. My heart swelled with each returning student, and class by class a sense emerged of reweaving the threads of the studio back together into whole cloth. I eagerly await each one of you to return when you are ready, until we are completely whole once more.
