Renew and revitalize your yoga and your health as we reawaken this Spring. Join Mary to learn seasonal yoga practices aligned with yoga and Ayurveda.
Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga and it moves with the rhythm of the earth and the elements. Each season, as each hour in our day and night, all have different qualities in relation to nature and the elements. This can impact whether our body and mind feel in balance or not. For 6 weeks, we will practice yoga taking into consideration all of those factors. Threaded into each practice will be some of the benefits of utilizing Ayurveda to balance the mind, body and spirit during the season of Spring.
This Special Class Series is the theme for our regular Saturday morning practice for six weeks. You can come to one or all of the classes – in the studio or on Zoom – all for the usual price of just $16 a class! This series is included in the May Unlimited Class Pass.

Release stress, renew your energy with Restorative Yoga
Stress-free for Spring!
Spring invites us to shed layers of stress and restrictions to renew ourselves with its vitality and freshness. Consciously release accumulated stress in your body and mind through breathwork, visualizations and mudras (yoga postures for the hands), and then rest deeply in supported restorative yoga postures. No experience necessary.
Bring these props if possible:
- 2 blankets
- 2 blocks
- 1 strap
- Eye pillow (optional)
- Object that represents stress in your life (optional)
