How to Use Punchpass
Punchpass is your management program to keep track of your yoga class reservations and payments. It is designed for you to easily make, switch and cancel class reservations with just a few clicks. That gives you the flexibility to juggle life’s daily demands and keep your yoga practice strong. It also allows the studio to fill all our classes and offer other students a spot in class who may be on the waitlist.

Login Questions

How Do I Set Up My Account?
1. Watch here to learn how to set up your account, then click here to get started.
If you received an email invitation, please create your account with that email address. When you do, you will find that your personal information is auto-filled from our previous registration system.
Please review and update this data, paying particular attention to the Emergency Contact fields and Health Status. We want everything to be accurate!

2. Click Sign In and enter your Email and Password.
How Do I See My Emergency Contact and Health Fields?

2. Click Sign In and enter your Email and Password.
3. Click Account in the upper left side of your screen.
4. Complete and verify personal data. And click Update Account to save your changes.

Single Class Questions
The following questions address how to buy a single class:
How Do I Buy a Single Class With a Class Pass?
You may purchase a class up to 30 minutes before the class start time.The following instructions explain how to buy a single class with a class pass. A class pass is required for all group classes. Workshops do not require a class pass.
1. Visit us at https://msy.punchpass.com from any web browser.
2. Login to your account (if needed, read How Do I Login To My Account?).
3. Your purchased passes displays (if you have not purchased Class Pass, read How Do I Buy A Class Pass?)
4. Find the class that you want to buy using your pass. First click Schedule List towards the top of your screen. Then click the name of the class you want to attend.
5. Verify the class details, and click Reserve my Spot in Class!
6. You will receive an email confirming your spot at the email associated with your account, similar to this one below:
7. Repeat this process to reserve additional classes on your Class Pass.
Class Pass Questions

How Do I Buy a Class Pass?
Anytime you visit us at https://msy.punchpass.com/, you can select a class pass to buy.
1. Click Purchase A Pass.
Our current Class Pass offerings display:
2. Click the blue link of the Class Pass that you want to buy. The Class Pass details display. To complete your purchase, you must Sign In if you already have an account (see How Do I Login To My Account?).
Note: Click Create Account if you do not already have one (see How Do I Set Up My Account?).
3. Once you are signed in, click Purchase Pass.
4. Enter your credit card information. Click Pay.
5. You will receive an email confirming your payment and the pass displays in your account. Read How Do I See My Class Pass?)

How Do I See My Class Pass?
1. Visit us at https://msy.punchpass.com from any web browser.
2. Login to your account (read How Do I Login to My Account?).
3. Your purchased passes displays (if you have not purchased Class Pass, read How Do I Buy A Class Pass.)
4. Once you are logged in, you can see your purchased Class Passes at any time by clicking Home on the top left side of your screen.

Getting on a Class Waitlist
The following questions address how to get on the waitlist for a class that is full:
How Does the Punchpass Waitlist Work?
Note: Only students with a Class Pass can be added to a class waitlist. When the maximum number of students in a class is reached, Punchpass opens a waitlist for any students who would like to join the class if a spot becomes available. If a spot opens in the class, everyone on the waitlist receives an email notification at the same time indicating that a spot is available, as shown below:
The first person to sign up gets the spot.
How Do I Sign Up for a Class Waitlist?
Note: Only students with a Class Pass can be added to a class waitlist. Use the following steps to sign up for the waitlist for a full class:
1. Please read How Does the Punchpass Waitlist Work to determine if you would like to continue.
2. Visit us at https://msy.punchpass.com from any web browser.
3. Login to your account (read How Do I Login to My Account?).
4. Click the class that you would like to join:
5. If you do not have a class pass, the following error displays:
6. You must have a phone number on your account, so if you do not have one, follow the directions to add one:
7. Click Add Me To The Waitlist.
8. A confirmation pop-up displays. To add your name to the waitlist, click Yes – Add Me To The Waitlist.
9. A confirmation screen displays. Please Note:
- You are added to one date/time of the class only.
- You will not receive an email confirmation for your waitlist reservation. You can see your waitlist reservation in your account (follow the instructions in the next step).
10. To view your waitlist reservations, click My Reservations.
11. A pop-up screen displays your reservations, including any waistlisted classes which are indicated by the orange Waitlist sign (indicated by the purple arrow below). This means that you will receive notification when a spot opens up, but you do not have a spot that class yet.
Additionally, when you click Schedule on the top menu, you can see a grey Waitlist sign next to the class.
12. When a spot opens up in a class, everyone on the waitlist receives an email with an invitation to Accept or Decline the spot. This is a first-come, first-served process:

14. To confirm that you have been added to the class, click My Reservations and notice that the orange Waitlist sign no longer displays next to the class:
Changing or Canceling Reservations
Class Cancellation Policy Update (5/15/2022)
Note: Only students with Class Passes can move or cancel reservations in their account. To move or cancel your ticket for a workshop, you must contact the studio.
As more students are returning to class and waitlists are filling, we changed the class cancellation period to just 2 hours. That gives you more flexibility to take care of yourself if you feel under the weather, react to an emergency, or make changes in your plans.
However, that means it is even more important for you to manage your class reservations promptly to give the studio time to fill classes from the waitlist. All Late Cancels after the 2-hour period before class begins will cost a pass credit or single ticket. Remember, you can easily change your reservation to another class and avoid the cancellation forfeit.

How Do I Move A Class Reservation?
Note: Only students with Class Passes can move or cancel reservations in their account. To move or cancel your ticket for a workshop, you must contact the studio.

3. To view your reservations, click My Reservations.
4. A pop-up screen displays your reservations, including any waistlisted classes which are indicated by the orange Waitlist sign (indicated by the purple arrow below). This means that you will receive notification when a spot opens up, but you do not have a spot that class yet.
5. To move the waitlist reservation or a class reservation, click on the class name, as show below:

How Do I Cancel A Class Reservation?

How does Late Cancel work?
You may change or cancel your class reservation up to 2 hours before the class start time from inside your Punchpass account.
To cancel your reservation within 2 hours of the class start time, a Late Cancel applies. Use these instructions to Late Cancel from inside your Punchpass account:
1. Visit us at https://msy.punchpass.com from any web browser.
2. Login to your account (read How Do I Login to My Account?).
3. To view your reservations, click My Reservations.
4. A pop-up screen displays your reservations, including any waistlisted classes which are indicated by the orange Waitlist sign (indicated by the purple arrow below). This means that you will receive notification when a spot opens up, but you do not have a spot that class yet.
All other classes are reserved.
5. To cancel a class within 2 hours of the start time, click the name of the class.
6. The class details display. Click Move or Cancel Reservation.
7. Note that the Late Cancel policy will automatically deduct one class from your class pass or you will be charged a fee. To continue, click Cancel Reservation on the following screen:
8. You will receive an email message indicating that your reservation is cancelled.
